Fees and Payment:

Fees for services will be outlined in the contract or invoice.

Payment policy:

Payments are automated and will take effect month from date of signup. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.

Refund Policy:

No refund will be given for any client using SAAS platform, as this is a software leasing service. Monies may be partially refunded or repurposed (TBD) for non SAAS clients. Unless service were not rendered, a refund may be possible.

Client Obligations You agree to:

Inform us in advance of any potential delay in payment due to circumstances beyond your control. Provide accurate and timely information necessary for us to perform services. *Approve materials and deliverables within reasonable timelines. Ensure all content, materials, and data provided to us do not infringe on third-party rights. Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays in services or additional charges.

Intellectual Property:

All content created by us for your campaign, unless otherwise specified, remains our property until full payment is received. After payment, ownership of marketing assets transfers to you. Exceptions include third-party materials and pre-existing agency Intellectual property, which are licensed to you for the agreed use.

Liability:

We are not liable for damages resulting from client-provided materials or delays caused by third parties. Maximum liability for claims arising out of our services is limited to the total fees paid under this agreement.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement within 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered and deliverables completed up to the termination date.

Disclaimers:

We do not guarantee specific results, such as increased sales or web traffic but we can guarantee improved business processes using our software. Campaign outcomes depend on various factors outside our control, including market conditions and consumer behavior.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Bahamian jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bahamas.

Amendments:
